Which material you used for the head?

Plastic coated wire hangers, plastic mesh, nylon string (fits in the mesh screen holes, sew peices together), Locktite super glue (strenthens nylon string or fastens string to mesh), 1 inch thick sheet foam (cheapest at Walmart, use Tacky glue to fasten to mesh or other faom pieces), Break away blade razor (carving tool, get replacement blades when they get dull, Needle nose pliers (bend the hanger wire), Tacky Glue, childrens sunglasses, sheet of clear plastic packaging (look for something quality), blue painters tape (mask out eye pupils, Hot glue gun (fastens in reverse on the pupils to give it depth and hide your real eyes) and a can of Krylon white spray paint.

Forgot Sculpey and pink foam sheet for the toungue (bought at Micheals arts n Crafts).

Impressive!! I've tried carving foam rubber but can't do it at all...;P

if you mean like Flip flops materials, why not get Flip flops one or two sizes bigger and cover in foam for fursuit feet.
