“Watashi wa shinu tsumori wanai. Watashi wa hontōni ikite iru ka dō ka o kakunin suru tsumoridesu.”

(translation: I'm not going to die. I'm going to find out if I'm really alive.)

Someone's done it again. Some man (yes, a male, big surprise right?) has one again ticked off Whisper and now she's out for blood. And his death will be quick yet very painful. Why? because you don't mess with a kunoichi.

Some kunoichi rely on manipulation to take out her prey. Others, their looks...

Whisper just needs the shadows, along with her intelligence, speed, and most importantly, her blood-tipped sword to lay down vengeance. Mind you, she has other weapons: ranging from garrotes, poisons, and daggers for all possible situations. But Whisper has found there's nothing more refreshing than rushing into combat with your trusty sword to take out your enemy head-on, leaving little evidence of their demise behind. If the victim is lucky she -might- leave their body for their family or loved ones to bury...maybe. Though disposing of bodies is one of her specialties; she had to learn to do so, and do so efficiently with all of her vengeance and missions carried out over the years.

...and as she rushes towards her next victim, a look of determination crosses Whisper's face. Not because she is about to kill another worthless bastard, but because she realizes this moment is what she lives for- and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Huge kudos to one of my favorite artists and buddies Whisper enjoys stalking protecting from the shadows Cylnx. I got to watch him make this commission for me this past weekend and needless to say? I'm not disappointed. A scene of Whisper rushing towards her next victim in the middle of the night from atop a nearby tree. And yes, I made Whisper into a kunoichi- why?

...uh, is it really wise to ask a ninja why she does something? Exactly.

Will probably see more of the deadly ninja Whisper down the road because I really enjoy seeing her this way.
