This is Orfus, an undead thingamajig that  Necrophile designed

he's a ghost that has managed to possess a corpse, the gooey stuff that is produced around his neck and his tail is ectoplasm

he comes with some minor necromantic powers such as animating skeletons. he kinda stinks and leaves a gooey mess everywhere but generally he's pretty harmless
