the "pets allowed/not allowed" rule only applies to animals that would be affecting the integrity OF the house
depreciate it in some way, either by fur, claws, messes ect.
things in a tank, like a lizard or a fish or a gerbil dont fall under that clause.
so if you want a tanked animal, go ahead!

About a 3 on the scale when really stressed but it's gone down quite a bit. She has a head tilt and when I take her out for a little walk around my bed, she will stumble a little bit. She has been getting better when it comes to striking her food and hunting. She does miss more than my male does but she gets her food in the end. Has no problems shedding either.
