Does the idea of an Armodillo based villain who turns the heroes into sissy armadillo ballerina's sound interesting to you? The costumes could be so plush and think the person can be barely waddle and the villain could appear somewhere in the early stories like in the 7th chapter with the monster capturing nearly all of the heroes.
