I am not surprised that it didn't happen to be honest. I guess it is Disney not wanting its mascot anywhere near this type of stuff even though it's a good design move.

Well, maybe in the last decade...like SNES, SEGA days. But after Kingdom Hearts, I think they can be a little more daring with what they put Mickey and friends in.
