Shadow Lugia Triumphs
Some big final battle took place between trainer and Shadow Lugia, Unfortunately (or fortunately) Shadow Lugia won in the end and flew to the top of the mountain to enjoy it's meal in peace. The moonlight helping it relax as it proudly rubs its belly. Hope you all enjoy.
And another thing...THIS PICTURE ACTUALLY HAS A BACKGROUND! So now you know what my pics look like if I add a background to them. This is an example of a detailed background for commission prices.
Also another speedpaint for you all to see, although I haven't gotten a single comment on them so I doubt anyone watches these.

This looks great! Love all the light-adjusted shading!
And yes, I do watch the speed paint (The Raichu one at least). I need to say this: It actually taught me more on how to draw on computer software with tablet, and the proper use of layers too. Could not have done so without it. Though I wonder how many layers you need to put so that the sketch layer looks faded out in the background, and all the layer differences. (Well, in a speed paint, you don't slow down a video for things like this.)

That will be very helpful! I will try it when I get back some computer access. Thank you.
Back to the Raichu speed paint video, I distinctly remember that quite a few layers were being used, around 5 - 10 layers. Whilst I understand that some of the layers are used for colours and shading, maybe even one for line art, I was partly wondering what the remaining layers are for. Maybe I am not really paying too much attention then, but I would like to know!

well the very top one is clipping, when you set that layer to the clipping option, anything you do to it will only affect the layer below it. So when it is over the outline layer and you use red or something, it will only color the outline. I also use a cleanup layer placed below the outline one. Just to mark up any of those annoying white specks with the proper color.
