It's my character Nemsis, and no that's not a typo of 'nemesis'. :|
He's a happy hyper go-lucky bi raver neko. 8D Stripeless cheshire~
And there's a difference between nekos and cat demons. D: Nekos are more cat-like. Not anthro, but more cat-like; they're behavior and psyche is more similar to a cat's than a human's, and they have whiskers.
I never draw Nemsis's whiskers 'cuz I always forget them. xD

I submitted this to my school art show on a whim, but it didn't win anything. :< Oh well. I love it. >3<
