General canine; I didn't have anything in mind, so he just kinda turned out canine-like.

I phailed at deciding what color to make his eyes, so I left them white.

Let's see...
-Hardly ever seen without his top hat.
-Tail changes shape when it moves, as said.
-Only ONE wing, stitched on as shown. Can't fly with it, but it moves like any other limb.
-Inside of ears are green-pink-blue-purple striped, in case you can't see.
-Black spots going down middle from throat to stomach(resembling buttons on a suit, obviously).
-Late eighteenth century Dandy personality. :]
