Looks good: what frame are you using for this? I need to fix my erevo BL soon. It's been in need of a new frame and front body post holder for a while and now the screws finally stripped and ruined one of the holes in the body. The support might be able to be bent back to its original shape with a hammer but I don't know how good it will look in the end.
I've got this sitting on an scx10 chassis. And I hate when body posts tear up the body. I had a sprint 2 flux that pulled 3 body posts through on a blow over. And don't worry about how custom work looks, Lol. You should see my other scx10, wires, aluminum bits, and zip ties galore! XD good luck on your repairs though!
To me the other scx10 would be the custom one :). I like the look of my RC car without the body more than when it has it on. I can't say that I have zip ties in my machine since it only has 4 wires in the whole system but I could see how a rock crawler could have more. Now you just need to put a siren into it and chase the other cars around the track.
That's the plan XD. I'm ordering that and a V-8 sound kit. I'd like to lower this one a bit more and make it more light duty off road. And I have always liked the lay down shocks on the e-revos. That's why I ended up getting a twin hammers, Lol. And most of my cars have parts you can't buy. I don't like staying stock for long!
