#10 - Queen Chrysalis
I've gushed several times already about how much I LOVE Chrysalis. She's a terrifying abomination of nature, but at the same time you can't help but simpathise with a mother just trying to provide for her kids. Yeah her methods are flat out evil, and the way she goes about her plan follows the generic villain check list to a T, but her motivations are deeper than just power or world domination like every other villain in the show. Seeing her again, either in the show or the comic, would be awesome, especially if the writers expand on the idea of the Changelings as well.

With the rise of King Thorax, I think any possible sympathy for Chrysalis goes out the window. As for Pharynx, I would say he does fit the bill of someone whose concern for his hive used to involve being merciless to other races of creatures. Fortunately, the seed of good in him proved to be a redeeming quality in the end.
