Parallel Works got me excited. Then I drew a crazy art noveau CLAMP-esque border based on an old MKR illustration. Then Simon ended up in it... in MKR-style clothes. This was SO much fun to work on. I am soooooo very happy with the final result. =3

Hahahaha as the picture was loading, it was just like the top part, I could see his hair and the drill thing. And I thought. That it. Was a HAT.

Anyway, this turned out SO cool. I greatly enjoy all the details you drew in, the folds in the cloak hood, the jewelry things...that border is just awesome. Lurve the colours. This just rocks. You are awesome. <3

Okay I just decided to comment over here! It looks great, almost so good that it's hard to find any one thing to say. It comes together nicely. The shading and highlighting turned out really subtle, and looks really natural. The folds and bit of texture in his shirt is nice. Even the background fits perfectly!
