That stands for 'We Ride the Skies' which is a poem I wrote and illustrated. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1382721/ Please read it, please do. Its about a story that uses characters from the Starfox video games (and several of my own creation.)
What started as an afternoon whim session has turned into a full-scale obsession. Well, not quite, but I can see that happening. I can't make headway on any requests at the moment and I can't get my mind off "We Ride the Skies."
Anyway this is Clouds Parted (yes that's his name), the pompous, cruel, and corrupt king from the poem/story. His relationship with Falco Lombardi of the games is unknown, but they do seem to look a lot alike, don't they? He is a loathable, power-mad, self-centered lunatic bird, but what a snazzy dresser, right? He rules on a distant ancient planet at the far edge of the universe, his kingdom consists of several cities in the clouds. He's a monster, really. His cruelty is displayed as he mercilessly abuses his subjects and Team Starfox as they encounter him.
His voice has a shadow of coolness, but is high, sharp, and cruel. When he gets dangerously angry, as he so often does, it becomes screechier and more annoying than ever. He fancies himself a god-like being among a sea of common-folk. A peacock in a flock of pigeons. (By the way, those are implants on his tail, the freak.) He also thinks he can sing... He can't. He really, really can't.
Don't worry though, in my stories characters like this always wind up getting their comeuppance when all is said and done.
Nice crown.

Very good description, I personally like the more cool villains with an air of sophistications about, they fit well as right hand men. Because when the bad guy is about to go down, and yells for his second in command for help a character like that would just say “My best interests no long lye with the likes of you, but good luck, oh and the same to you do gooders, tah ta.” I mean common on, that’s pure coolness XD
Indeed it is. Clouds Parted is the Top Dog though, he has minions with great loyalty. Admirable loyalty even if the one they're loyal to is less than admirable.
He is one heck of a high-liver though. (Ha! He live in the clouds, HIGH liver! HA! ...Sorry) With grand tapestries, paintings, and stained glass windows (All featuring him of course) lining the high-ceilinged halls of his palace, you could say he lives like the absolute monarchs of France did, if not more regal.
Thanks for the compliments, I love doing descriptions.

Well, no- They aren't black and white. I never posted a color reference pic did I? The most in this pic is the abstract color information from the Stained Glass window, and the red color in the eyes. I did a color bust pic, I'll post it right away. It doesn't show the tail- That's a sort of red-magenta-violet scheme there. The window shows that for the most part.
I'll go into more detail for the description of the bust shot pic. I'll get on that right now.
