This was the original line art drawing for the cover to PRINCESS KARANAM, a comic MU published over a decade ago. It was an excerpt from the larger novel, FANGS OF K'AATH, by Paul Kidd, a sexier story-within-the-story told by the urchin storyteller, Sandhri the bat. I've been a fan of Paul's stories right from the first time I read one of his manuscripts, so I did this on my own, and later got permission for publication. This drawing was done in pen and ink, but the finished art for the cover was an acryllic painting. (This was used as a mockup for display at conventions.) The characters all belong to Paul Kidd, but the image copyright is mine.
