The most educated guess I can make comes from the art itself.
Pygostyle (the fusing of tailbones in order to support feathers on the tail) is found in a few species of oviraptorosaurs, but the big thing that narrows the field down is the fact that it's got teeth.
My best guess would be some kind of Caudipteridae?
