Today marks the 100th anniversary of the assassination that led to the Great War. So I whipped this up one of my fursonas dressed in her British Pilot uniform

Here is a helpful Critique I hope.
Anatomy: Your anatomy looks fairly decent. I would work a little more on the wings and give them a more indented Elbow as some would say. Looking at a few pictures in my own Past I didn't realize they had one really. You need to make sure you have a distinguished animal base which would also help to use that bird references for your fursona.
Heres a wing Ref: http://www.ornithopter.de/english/i...../bird_wing.gif
Shadow/vector: I also see you tried to add shadow by the depth/dynamic view you have I think you could have put a little more effort into the view of the feet(Which is very hard, even for me). I'm going to say this would fall under the guidelines for a light Cell shade.
Definitely work on the angle and view.
Overall for you skill Level I would rate it a Final stages Beginner, and about a 5 n'half out of 10.
I hope this was helpful and feel free to send me a msg our a shout with a picture and asking for a critique.
