So long story short, for years I have admired Sighthoundlady's character Herla. She's gorgeous and elegant and has so many of my favorite elements compiled into one oc! I finally mustered up the courage to ask her if I could create a doll of her for a small materials and shipping fee. She was delighted and super nice might I add! =) She's going to be doing my Lazarus as a trade tip which is just amazing!
So anyway, doll description! Herla took about 15 hours to create and I used about 60 peacock feathers to make her neck and headdress. The head dress has a wire loop through it's core enabling it to flare up, lay flat, or curve around her jawline. Her ears also pose slightly. All I can say is I loved making her, I'm grateful for the opportunity and super proud of how she turned out. ^_^

WOW,I really love the look....but that piercing looks very painful!
15 hours? Is that all?! If I were to guess,I would think something of this level should take no less than a minimum of say 20-25 hours to complete. And to think you have done such a splendid job in so little time....Truly fascinating!
Great work Evie,as always!
