Myself and
peppercoyote team up again to bring you Say Something.
A track originally by A Great Big World.
This is our rendition of it.
A somewhat sad song, but I'm a sucker for songs that are all about the feels.
Once again a huge thank you to Pepper for everything. He produced, edited and did the vocal arrangement and other vocals for this song.
All I did was sing the main lead.
This is the last track recorded by us in that Hotel room in Phoenix, I was just spacing them out to not spam.
I can't wait to work with him again, everyone should check him out. Writes tons of original stuff and deserves attention!
In fact, check out his own Capella version here http://youtu.be/Ke4iAP6pyzs

I just listened to your own version and take on the song and we both went for our own interpretation.
You went for the very soft/sleepy feel, singing low, deep and subtle. Sounds great and works for your voice.
I went for the more powerful, belting out and building it up as the song goes along. Almost a painful emotion, especially towards the end.
I have a higher more nasal based voice, so I sung it as it was suitable to me.
I thought I did put emotion into the song, my apologies if that didn't translate for you. Can't please everyone, but I appreciate your comments all the same.
You like your own version, that's fine with me. ^__^
