This was the second of three filler page strips from THE FURKINDRED: RENEWAL OF PORPOISE (Not the OTTER MADNESS book as I erroneously attributed in the prior posting of these strips). Not only was it a bridge of sorts between stories, but was an intentional lead-in to a short piece by Peter Schorn and Roberta Gregory, which is what the whale masks were referencing.
