Huh. Looks like multiple Pokémon at once.
The head looks like a mix of Leafeon and Sylveon.
It seems to have wings like Latios or Latias.
The tail, like
hg3300 said, is a Flygon.
And I'm not sure about the feet and arms, though, while it might be the angle, the right foot looks like a hoof.
