Shamy is soo cute XD I would love to get one, but I'm sure Europe will again never be able to get such an exclusive Pokémon.. We didn't even get Mew, Selebi, Jiraji nor Deoxys (or how ever they are named in english)...

I've never played any of the other Pokemon games except for Pearl so I don't have them either. I'd love to get a Deoxys. But, hey, Diamond and Pearl have the most powerful one out now, Arceus.

Also, FYI, it's Celebi and Jirachi.

I'm having a hell of a time finding Latios or Latias on my Ruby and Emerald versions.

They're promotion only Pokemon. You had to have an e-Reader card and an Eon Ticket in order to get the item that takes you to where they are. Same goes for the ways to get Deoxys and Mew (though you can only find Mew in Emerald). The only thing I can say is find an old GBA Game Shark and find the codes to give you the items, because that's the only way you will be able to get them now.

No, they aren't. They are like the three dogs in Gold and Silver. They appear at random. Until you see one, it's impossible to know what path they will show on.
