Stripes had wandered off as his boyfriend started a passionate discussion with the comic book clerk about this or that character or storyline. Comic books were fun, yeah, but it's one of these discussion subjects that would leave certain people completely out of discussions, which was a little aggravating. The zebra twink slipped into a section Dash had not went into, checking around a little, noticing some erotic novels here and there...

He finally found a nice little yaoi section and giggled, pulling one of the comics from the shelf and opening it, keeping his ears perked as he read through the forced storyline and massively awkward dialogue. But you know what? It was Lucario and Flamedramon, he could let it slide.

A few minutes later he froze as he felt a little pat on his shoulder, and his boyfriend's familiar voice muttering, "So... Not so indifferent after all, are we?" He asked with a grin, as the zebra blushed, caught red-handed and embarrassed. The bat pulled the erotic comic from his paws and added it to his pile, smirking. "I'll buy it for you. It's the least I can do, now that I can stick your nose in it from time to time."

Stripes hmphed but didn't protest, blushing again when the clerk scanned the adult comic, while Dash stayed perfectly placid. Goddammit that bat, why did he always go back to him?

Then he saw him replace his package, and grunted. Ah yes. THAT.
