The PBY Catalina was the most famous flying boat and amphibious aeroplane of the WWII. It was used by the Coastal Command of the RAF in operations of SAR, maritime reconnaissance or anti submarine fight and by the USAAF in the Pacific for missions of transport and all the other he already had into the RAF.
