The day has finally come for the long awaited conclusion, but it may only just be the beginning between the two.

I enjoyed this comic more than the others. It was a nice change of pace from the previous two, and it was fun to try to flesh things out into something more genuine for once. It also made it easier to have everything pre-planned a little better too. All these comics are a learning experience, and like the others, there were things to take away from this one that I could apply in making future comics.
That said, was this comic the best story ever told? No. Was the story a little sappy? Probably a little, yeah. However, I haven't really heard anything bad come from it. As long as you guys enjoyed it, that made it all worth the time to make it. I'll be sure to make a journal post soon to update, and figure out where to go from here. Thanks for all the support everybody.

I am so happy to see these two; It really fleshes out a lot more than just simple dominance and the interactions of grunts and soldiers.
It gives the world a bigger perspective, and just goes to show that there's more to this world.
Was this the best story ever told? I guess not; Best is a title that is held for world acclaim. But I'll be damned if it wasn't a well paced, character developing story that shows more to the characters than a cardboard cut-out perspective I had of them!
Was the story sappy? I wouldn't say excessively; As I said, it allows the development of characters and a romance to slowly bloom, so I think it's worth it.
Honestly, I think you're doing a great job. My only critique right now would be that panels 2 and 3 seem to be a little vague in essence; I had to double take at them to make sure I knew what I was seeing.

Wonderful, simply wonderful and amazing. A while back I was just looking around and I spotted the first page of this comic. Like most it drew me in and peeked my fascination. And before I even knew it, I was deeply attached to this comic, story, and its character, especially its two main characters Drake and Excalibure aka Lexi. Each new entry to this comic always seem to draw me in closer and closer into wanting to know what will happen next. Even the let page makes me want to know what will happen next between these two, what will the next comic be about. I'm now officially deeply hook to this series and I I'm very proud to be attached to it because to me its such and amazing story and world. So I congratulate you on a job very well done and I would like to also thank you for this comic for I enjoyed every second of reading it and waiting for each new entry to come out. I look forward to where this will lead but until then, take a bow and rest, you've rightly earned it.
I don't think it was sappy at all, in fact, I consider it your best comic yet, by far. This comic worked so well because we got to not only learn a bit more about this world you created, but also because you gave us a story centered around two likable characters that got fleshed out in part thanks to their excellent chemistry. This was a very pleasant read from start to finish and I hope we can get to see more like this. No offense, but I definitely don't miss Ruze, especially after seeing how good your comics can be when the characters are likable.
honestly, you are to be congratulated, amazing, I loved the story, the characters, anyway, but unfortunately all that is too much of a good thing, really, oh yes, planning, this usually do take longer, but generally a good planning results in a great job, congratulations, hope to see more of these, no matter the weather! ^.-.^

Thank you. The detail I really like to add the most in doing these is that there almost always something going on in the background. Just because the characters are the focus doesn't mean the world shouldn't have background extras. They have things to do too.
