I'm sorry it's taken me a little longer than expected to get this up, but better late than never! If you're toying with the idea of a PoL OC from scratch, I hope this will be of some help. Mmhmm, I see... There are a few systems that allow for complete character customization, like GURPS (Generic Universal Role Playing System), in which you can create anything through the use of character templates. You could also use the Pathfinder "Advanced Race Guide" to create each race piece by piece (it's kinda like Dungeons & Dragons); I have the PDF, so if you have some ideas for mechanical racial traits, we could discuss that. Lessee... there's Rifts, which I don't have a lot of experience with but I hear it involves everything from everywhere, so there's that.
