Im totally not a jerk, but after a long shift im just done with the day. We get rude customers often, but the thing that turns it all around for me having a rotten day is seeing the "puppies" (dogs) go through drive-through or the really sweet understanding people. When I start saying no, that's when everyone knows I am done for the day.
