A speed painting of an ocelot, based on a ref I had floating around on my harddrive.

I'm enjoying doing more work with very minimal blending, letting those bold strokes stand out. I love the energy that carries through. You can almost feel it in your bones. I'll be doing a bunch more speedypaints like these, for sure. Hard to tell how much time I actually put into this one, 'cause it was a couple minutes here and a few strokes there in between other stuff for a while. Half hour? Probably? Maybe 40 minutes?
