One of the things that delighted me about attending Further Confusion was some of the artists I was able to contact that I just haven't been able to in my usual cons. That's particularly true of Smudge.

I first approached her for something in my "Steamtech Style" mini-book. The result is this lady. A monster hunter, certainly, although why she isn't carrying something more generally effective than a crossbow I don't know. Perhaps her prey is a vampire, and the crossbow bolt serves as a stake?
