It's a hand-sculpted, hand-painted mini me! <3 It's around 1.5in tall, and is part of a super-cute necklace that also has "Lutefisk" spelled out in beads. The attention to detail really impressed the daylights out of me--lookit all dem stripes, and it even has the notch in the ear!
