So, if you're in the pokéfandom or you don't live Under a rock, you basically know that Jynx has been (and is still) implied in some controversies for her design. Some say she's inspired from the Harajuku, other claim that she's based on the japanese folklore and other say that she's racist for looking like a stereotypical black person. Whatever you believe, you gotta admit she's a pretty cool pokémon (Or maybe it's just me who likes her for her ice punch and lovely kiss).
