I've gotten almost everything from the series. I'm just missing Alcor, Link vol 3, and book 3 and 4 from the G.U. novels. Just got .hack// Sekai No Muko Ni + Versus which is the second movie which is bundled with a fighting game.

The books should be very cheap. You should start with a series like Another Birth (Basically the first 4 games from the perspective of Blackrose, Probably the best entry in the series), XXXX (X-Fourth, a manga based off the first 4 games, with a twist), or the G.U. Novels, also get all of G.U.+ it's really good.

The games and anime are very expensive though. I don't really own the anime (They got too expensive by the time I considered buying them. Completely forgot about that), but I believe Funimation will probably stream them online or re release them sooner or later.
