The "Rondel" .45 ACP snub revolver was designed under commission by the Penumbrate as an easily concealable defensive sidearm for their guards undercover and in the field with a powerful cartridge that won't overpenetrate. This CBM developed weapon is now a common purchase as a self-defense weapon for people from all stretches of life in need of a handy pocket of firepower. Due to its light weight, powerful cartridge, and 3" barrel length, this revolver has a mighty kick, giving it a -1 penalty to hit. The Rondel is treated like a Subtle weapon for stealth and two-weapon fighting purposes. Members of the Penumbrate guards--colloquially known as Bluecoats--are given a snub revolver upon signing up for training and patrol purposes.
