They are considered cubs, in this stage they are very pure in energy and have an substantial amount of magic power. This is usually where they will first discover magical energy and try to manipulate it through simple children training objects that are basically toys.

The first magic creations that are found very popular is the M globe, a plastic orb that can light up on colors in magic energy. If magic is present from the user. It can change colors when more magic is applied and throw it around

They are very fragile though and should not be using magical techniques that are considered advance. Although their vessels are pure they are very unstable and can break under pressure. Preventing them from ever using magic again.

Females usually find the magic before Males. They arent in school yet but daycare is applies in most residents.

As for the Saberfang species of them all, they are born with two long teeth from either the front or back. Mostly males tend to have them and become a major aggravation around their first years when their growing. It give them an urge to teeth on things.

Most children like normal cats have eyes on things that constantly move around like the gyrochoppers (the toy on the top Left) that flashes and runs away from the person chasing it till it runs out of power or sits idly for a breif moment. Some of them are curious and notice their powers by sensing objects like removing a fire from a candle, but still holding the flame. For fire users its a common practice for beginners. Wrestling is a common practice for earth users, And chasing or using musical instruments are for wind.

Their are all sorts of activities for them to learn magic without using force of advance magic. And they need love too or they will ball their eyes out easily (as example below the lower right)
