At the moment it looks like a pair of bull testicles in your pants. I am not an expert on bulges but maybe try something like this:

Of course with neater lines, show a curved one for the bulging part and then a little one curving in to the right leg but show abit more of the thong on that thigh going under the bulge abit? Sorry if this is all really badly explained

Sacred gave you a pretty good help there. Unless the fabric is really stretchy and he has iron balls, this line in the middle seperating the balls would not be visible. besides that the buldge looks fine to me.
Something else that catches my eye would be his right upper arm. His biceps is too far up on it. If you bring your own arm into that pose, you can see that the biceps starts a little bit lower (at about the height of the middle of his pec).
Besides that I think you did a pretty neat job on this pic. ^^ Especially his left arm. That's one sexy wolf. ^^

*ahem* But as for the bulge, it's actually quite simple really. Shade in the area and by the line where the bulge is not at. (As for the line bit) Okay, so you know how his penis is on one side of the line, shade a little on the other side. Try a light shading of a triangle with rounded sides and no points, this will show that there is a little bit of space between his body and then also how thick you want his member to be in the first place. This shows that it's not clinging to his body. Then where the top of his cock is at, add a little shading there but make it more of a roundish. Think something like this "(" try not to do something like this "C". If you are tring to make him look like he has a bone, then try not to be so curveish in his thong.
