Nita and Ellen are just slipping into Jessie's home realm 'just to make sure they are OK' just as a reminder.
1: Its very unusual for anyone to own their own realm.
2: Jessie got this realm in lieu of payment for a job as an investigator.
3: This realm is unusually advance and large. Originally planned to be a place for high class resort(s) beach front property, 4-5 star hotels etc. etc.
4: Jessie has 'owned' the realm for at least a year, but has not had chance to explore it and most of the original documentation was lost, so she doesn't even know how large it is.
5: Oh lastly, Jessie doesn't always tell the truth.
