En fait, ceci représente les animaux du futur après que l'homme a disparu ; il a entraîné avec lui les éléphants et les rhinocéros, mais les tortues les ont remplacé dans la chaîne écologique en devenant les nouveaux mastodontes...

Ha ha, only in my imagination !! ^^ There has been a giant sea turtle in prehistoric times (three or four meters long) and another terrestrial species looking like turtles (a cousin species but they were not real chelonids) that were quite big too, but never THAT big !
If they are to exist, it's because they are part of a whole system, so for me it can be considered as "good"... ^^

we have snapping turtles here in the south, they weigh about 3-6 pounds, and can remove a finger if one is unlucky enough to get bit. They are very ferocious and have a nasty temper
