A sequel for My Little Pirates: Luffy's Adventures in Equestria fanfic. Luffy & Ace are both in critical condition after The Battle of Marineford. They are taken to Eguestria, where Trafalgar Law, also known as the "Surgeon of Death", is giving them medical treatment.
