Despite the growing lump in his belly, increasingly difficult to ignore, Miles continued his treatments, month after month, though they seemed to be having little effect. Finally, at last, he received a letter with the news he had hoped to hear, that he would never have to change again. His elation at the news however, faded as he went in for his checkup with Miss Coy, one of the few experts in bizarre pregnancy he could find. Some guys have all the luck...and some just have none.

So, I was curious; did you have any headcanon for what happens to Miles after this point? I can see a couple of things that could happen; are any of these plausible "in-universe"?
#1: Miles carries his pups well-beyond term, until Dr. Coy finally "invents" a cure that allows him to deliver. Dr. Coy is legally not responsible that the side effect of giving birth is a permanent and very fertile new vagina/assgina that gives him almost crippling heats, forcing him to struggle with (and usually succumb to) the urge to get pregnant again and again.
#2: After a very prolonged pregnancy, the hormones from his oversized litter turns Miles from a male into a herm, at which point he delivers. Of course, by that point, he's so used to being pregnant that it's all but impossible for him to resist the urge to put his new feminine physique to use getting knocked up again, and then again.
#3: The combination of his prolonged pregnancy with were-blooded pups and whatever treatments he underwent causes him to become a new kind of were; initially changing to finally deliver his litter, he becomes a Werebreeder, transforming into a female form whenever he's not pregnant and staying a near-feral horny stud-seeker until he gets knocked up, whereupon he reverts to pregnant male form and stays that way until he is ready to give birth again... which is never the nine months of a "normal" pregnancy.
