Since the pirate festival was really enjoyable yesterday, felt like drawing something pirate related.
One thing I really like about neopets is of how they put in special plots and stories to expand the world a bit. I really like how they come up with their own characters to them. This is one of them I enjoyed. I might do more neopets fanart very soon if anyone's okay with it.
