Wow! This took me like MONTHS to finish. Layouts are hard u_u;;
So, I really REALLY wanted to make an ORIGINAL original species of all the things I like, and I absolutely love fantasy creatures!
ANd here they are! The GaoRa! This sheet is only Part 1 of about 2, detailed information about physical attributes. c:

GaoRa
The GaoRa are a nomadic lion-like people who live throughout their world of Ghamara. While most live in the mountainous savanahs of Po'r, they can be found in many different biomes and even in established cities.
Biology and Dimorphism
While their bodies are more suited to the mountainous terrain of their homeland, the GaoRa are highly adaptive to their environment.
Originally built for climbing and jumping, their long arms are incredibly strong. Their horns and claws are near unbreakable, but also grow back quickly.
The GaoRa are also unmatched in speed, allowing them to outrun and outclimb any other predators that may be after them or their food. Their long, tufted tails help them keep their balance easily. A GaoRa's ears function just as much as a humans. They rely more on sight than hearing.
There isn't much difference between GaoRa in terms of gender.
Females' manes are often longer and grow down their spine, and their chests have significantly more fur. Their arms and horns are thiner, but they don't lack in strength. Females are also more nocturnal than males, so their irises are much larger.
A Male GaoRa's fur is shorter and coarser. Their horns and claws are thicker, used more in combat and climbing. Their eyes are suited more for daylight and seeing distances.
A GaoRa's mane varies from each individual and through genetics. They often have hair-like tufts on their foreheads, but the backs of their manes can also grow much longer. Their manes and horns are their pride, so they are very well-kept.
Clothing
While a GaoRa's fur is more than enough to keep it safe, they wear clothing to even better protect themselves from the elements, and to better fit into society (though it isn't uncommon to see a tribe without them). Their clothing is usually made within the tribe, out of fabric scraps and other found objects, but there can be seamstresses and tailors within the group as well. They don't often buy clothes, or trade for them.

.:FAQ:.
Q: I want one!
-Just ASK! Once I approve of it, you can go ahead and show me. c:

I'm working on more world-building, but this is all I have for now uvu;;
There will be a wolf-like species that is paired with them, for sure. I also think that the Cardionyx and Pinnicervus are part of their world, but I'll have to think about that.
