Oh. this is exquisite. The interplay of green colors is subtle and the various shadings conveys a sense of the ethereal in which the deer appears almost as a spiritual presence rather than just a distant animal. The trees frame and direct your focus towards him but they also suggest strength and even a kind of vigilence. A really comples and original pepiction.
