Pretty crazy commission for that Ruffy guy. Thought it up after a series of generic sketches of Ruffy with waterwings, innertubes, beach towels, sunscreen bottles, such and such. But I considered doing something a bit more silly...aaaaaand this came out. Drawn in two layers, too. Once again, OC 1.1 doesn't make it easy to make backgrounds, but things turned out alright :)
