Quiltuff!! I tried to get a unique color scheme for a Pokemon but I could see it getting changed at some point if I need. So, good I keep the .SAI files handy haha. I somehow never realized porcupines had such a mohawk, so that inspired this guy an its evolution to have a more solid theme.
