Giggles, not a commonly asked Question. They are my Magic cuffs able to restrain me with themselves. They are by appearance and structure made of solid metal bands of silver with glowing Pink Runes. The can create linking chains between them or bars from the collar for the cuffs to link to. They don't require any actual hardware its all created and removed magically. They are not Removable but in some instances can go unnoticed for the sake of apparel. I can most of the time control them with my own will but more often some one else or the Cuffs them selves prefer to do as they wish.
