The traditionally styled one seems to make for a better Tarot card design. I'd go with it, honestly.

I'm gonna go with the left side cause it does look like it comes from tarot card too.

They're both great, but I agree with the other posters: the one on the left looks more like a traditional tarot card. Also, gorgeous work! :)

i vote left :) The Fool is a great card and full of symbolism. even though his namesake may not be the most flattering, he is very important to the other arcana particularly The Magician. The Fool doesnt have a number like the other cards, he's considered "0" because his head is empty. rather than looking at it negatively one could see it as more of an "ignorance is bliss" he sure looks happy enough doesnt he? :) we should NOT take his lack of a number, or lack of common sense as a flaw, we should see it more as having boundless potential, a cup waiting to be filled, a blank sheet of paper ready to be written/illustrated with ideas and knowledge. he has been classically illustrated as holding a vagrant's pole and bag, which actually are said to contain all the tools need on his journey to eventually become The Magician; who just so happens to be marked as number "1" in the major arcana. I think its a wonderful piece regardless of which one you choose. Also noted that some tarot decks alternatively refer to The Magician as The Juggler ;) good luck and happy drawing!
