(seriously, he was plotting to destroy the universe once he'd fully mastered the powers he'd stole. Dark magic is powerful stuff in the universe all this took place in, otherwise what Arthur did would have failed before it started)
Yes, but I don't believe Arceus deserves to be an omnipotent god, I believe Mew deserves that role, which brings me to who he stole his powers from, the great Mew, Rena, omnipotent and creator of their universe. (her childish nature at the time combined with the insanely powerful dark magic Arthur had studied, he was barely able to best her and steal the plates)
