Whichever term you'd prefer to use. ;)
Spent a lot of the last two days working on this.
Background is made with scrap aquarium backdrop and expanding foam, as well as some old drift wood and lava rocks.
Built in a working waterfall, it helps to keep the water from stagnating, and also helps to add humidity for the moss.
Most of the plants were collected from deposits of moss around my house or from an area down the street where not many people tread down the awesome mosses that grow around the base of a large tree. There are about six different kinds of moss in there, as well as some fronds from an evergreen bush, that will likely be exchanged for miniature ferns when I can find a place around here that sells them. The big leafy plant is some kind of groundcovering plant that I took rooted trimmings from.
Took apart some of my other terrariums to make this one. ;P
Always wanted one of these, and now I've got one.
My own little piece of forest indoors. Have it sitting by my computer desk to keep me inspired.
I will probably not be adding any animals to it, as I have enough animals to take care of. XD ... If however, I were to add anything to it, It'd totally be a newt! Love newts.

This looks wonderful! I want to build something like that as well once I moved out and got rid of my spider -as in giving them away to someone who wants them-
My greatest concern is mould though as I am fighting against that when making a new terrarium for spiders, even the compressed coconut fibres get mouldy over some time when they're wet. Do you have any tips or advice for me on that part?
