Yeah, I tend to work on a piece until I have it finished before I scan; as I often go back and forth, making little corrections here and there...
I started out doing the text and linework in india ink with a quill pen; then used gouache for the color; that's forgiving enough to cover the little errors in the drawing.... 7@=e
