I agree about the soft synths, but the orchestration and key does make it a little DARKER.

I think you could do a better job using a more powerful program like Soundforge, because Fruityloops, though easy to use, has a rather limited sound sampling and manipulation range.

This remix really has potential, though, don't get me wrong. I really like it so far. If you haven't done so already, try finding and posting this on some DJ forums or music sites to get some more detailed feedback.
