At the moment, I don't do much with the mail system, mainly because I've had issues with my mail guy. He's kind of a prick, and pretty sure stuff goes missing, but I can't prove it. If you need a way to do electronic payment, I use paypal, but instead of connecting my bank account to my paypal, I do a prepaid card. I know of a couple people who have picked up the prepaid visas, like at walmart and stuff, and then used that to do paypal transactions. Dunno if that would work for ya, but it's worth a shot :)
